Posture and the Steps

Sit comfortably in Sukhasan, Padmasan, or even on a chair.

- Keep the back straight

- Keep the index finger on the base of the thumb and press with thumb. Keep the other three fingers extended.

- Close your eyes

- Breathe gently for few minutes

- Consciously visualize the flow of energy in your body

- Keep your eyes closed for some time after completing, and then open them gently.

- You can start with 3 - 5 minutes of practice
