Neck Exercise
- Exhale, chin down. Inhale, Chin up
- Inhale and turn right. Exhale and come back. Do the other side.
- Exhale chin down, inhale and turn neck, ears touching the shoulders and back touches the hair. exhale and come back. Do the other side.
Shoulder Exercise
- Rotate shoulder clockwise and anti-clockwise 5 times.
- Rotate arms clockwise and anti-clockwise 5 times.
Wrist
- Rotate wrist clockwise and anti-clockwise 5 times with arms stretched.
- Wrist up and down, inside touching fingers and outside.
Hips
- Rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise.
- Swing right leg front and back, sideways and left.
