 Neck Exercise

  • Exhale, chin down. Inhale, Chin up
  • Inhale and turn right. Exhale and come back. Do the other side.
  • Exhale chin down, inhale and turn neck, ears touching the shoulders and back touches the hair. exhale and come back. Do the other side.

Shoulder Exercise

  • Rotate shoulder clockwise and anti-clockwise 5 times. 
  • Rotate arms clockwise and anti-clockwise 5 times.
Wrist
  • Rotate wrist clockwise and anti-clockwise 5 times with arms stretched.
  • Wrist up and down, inside touching fingers and outside.
Hips
  • Rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise.
  • Swing right leg front and back, sideways and left.
