Ingredients:
- 3 handful aval
- Coconut milk
- Crushed almond, pistachio etc or roasted and crushed peanuts or pottu kadalai
- nattu sakkarai/dates
- Powdered Cardamom
- Garam masala powder
- Cumin & Pepper powder
- Pink Salt if needed.
Soak aval in coconut milk for half hour. Milk should cover the aval 1 inch above. Add the rest of the ingredients and set aside for a few minutes.
