- Add amla while making sambhar - easy way to include the goodness of amla.
- Boil green peas shell after washing well and use it in soups (yet to try it myself)
- Cook left over rice with ice cubes in microwave.
- For Soft idlis -
- 5 cups idli rice,
- 1 cup poha,
- 1.5 cup urad dal,
- 1 tbsp methi,
- soak all together in fridge, add salt after grinding to fine paste.
