Ingredients:
- 3 handful aval
- Dried and powdered gooseberries or juice of 3 gooseberries
- Cumin and Pepper
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Pink salt if needed.
Soak aval in coconut milk for half hour. Milk should cover the aval 1 inch above. Mix all ingredients and set aside for a few minutes.
