Raw vegetable salad

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated carrot.
  • 1 cup sprouted moong dal.
  • 1 cup cut cucumber
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • Little grated ginger
  • Coriander and pudina
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pomegranate
  • Dates
  • 1 cup apple
  • Salt, black salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chat masala
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
