Coconut Aval

Ingredients

  • 3 handful aval
  • Coconut milk
  • 2 or 3 drops lemon juice
  • nattu sakkarai
  • Powdered Cardamom
  • Cashew and dry grapes

Preparation:

Soak aval in coconut milk for half hour.  Milk should cover the aval 1 inch above. Add palm jaggery, lemon juice, cardamom, cashew and dry grapes. Set aside for a few minutes.
