Urad aval

Ingredients:

  • 3 handful aval
  • Coconut water
  • Shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp sprouted urad with skin
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Pink salt if needed.

Preparation:

Soak aval in coconut water for half hour.  Water should cover the aval 1 inch above. Grind urad and garlic coarsely. 

Mix everything together and set aside for a few minutes.
