Ingredients:
- 3 handful aval
- Coconut water
- Shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp sprouted urad with skin
- 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
- Dry ginger powder
- Pink salt if needed.
Preparation:
Soak aval in coconut water for half hour. Water should cover the aval 1 inch above. Grind urad and garlic coarsely.
Mix everything together and set aside for a few minutes.
