Ash gourd soup

 Ingredients:

  • Ash gourd - 1/2 kg diced.
  • Onion - 1/2 sliced.
  • Garlic - 1 pod grated,
  • Pepper powder - 1 pinch
  • Corn flour - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation:

Sauté onion and garlic in a pressure cooker. Then add ash gourd and little salt with half liter water. Cook for 3 whistles. Mash the ash gourd and add corn flour (already mixed with little water).  Let it boil for a minute.
