Ingredients:
- Ash gourd - 1/2 kg diced.
- Onion - 1/2 sliced.
- Garlic - 1 pod grated,
- Pepper powder - 1 pinch
- Corn flour - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
Sauté onion and garlic in a pressure cooker. Then add ash gourd and little salt with half liter water. Cook for 3 whistles. Mash the ash gourd and add corn flour (already mixed with little water). Let it boil for a minute.
