Ingredients:
- Coriander - 100gm
- Horse gram - 200gm
- kalonji (black jeera) - 100gm
- Dried ginger - 100gm
- Cumin - 50gm
- Fennel - 50gm
- Fenugreek - 100gm
- Flaxseed - 30gm
- Turmeric - 50gm
- Cinnamon - 10gm
- Cardamom - 10gm
- Oomam - 50gm
Preparation:
Fry all ingredients separately on low heat. Horse gram and flaxseed will splutter. Grind until a bit coarse. Boil water and add a teaspoon. Can be had in the morning or before bedtime.
