Kollu weight loss powder

  •  Ingredients
  • 1 cup horse gram
  • 1/2 cup whole black urad
  • 1/4 cup channa dal
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cumin and sesame seeds
  • Dried curry leaves
  • 2 whole garlic
  • Asofodeia
Preparation:

  • Dry roast horse gram, urad, channa dal separately on medium flame for 5 minutes. 
  • Fry the pepper, cumin and sesame seeds together. 
  • Dry roast the curry leaves for 2 minutes. 
  • Crush the garlic and sauté in oil until brown on low flame. Add asofodia powder.
  • Grind horse gram, urad, channa dal together.
  • Then add other ingredients with salt and grind.
  • Add to hot rice with ghee.
Good for weight loss. Can also add 2 tbsp powder to 2 spoonful dosa batter to make dosai.
