- 1 cup horse gram
- 1/2 cup whole black urad
- 1/4 cup channa dal
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cumin and sesame seeds
- Dried curry leaves
- 2 whole garlic
- Asofodeia
- Dry roast horse gram, urad, channa dal separately on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Fry the pepper, cumin and sesame seeds together.
- Dry roast the curry leaves for 2 minutes.
- Crush the garlic and sauté in oil until brown on low flame. Add asofodia powder.
- Grind horse gram, urad, channa dal together.
- Then add other ingredients with salt and grind.
- Add to hot rice with ghee.
Good for weight loss. Can also add 2 tbsp powder to 2 spoonful dosa batter to make dosai.
