Parampariya Arisi cooking method


KarunkuruvaiSoak overnight. Boil water in the 1: 3 ratio, then add the rice and simmer for 45 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
Karuppu KavuniSoak overnight. Boil water in the 1: 4 ratio, then add the rice and simmer for 45 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
KaattuyaanamSoak overnight. Boil water in the 1: 4 ratio, then add the rice and simmer for 45 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
Maapilai SambhaSoak overnight. Boil water in the 1: 6 ratio, then add the rice and simmer for 45 minutes in open pan. Add a pinch of salt.
