Kambu kool

 Ingredients:

  • Whole kambu (Pearl millet)
  • Small onions
  • Yogurt
  • Cucumber/Cut Mango (optional)
Preparation:
  • Wash and soak kambu for 2 hours.
  • Grind coarsely and add to boiling water in the ratio of 1:6.
  • Stir continously on medium heat for 10 minutes and low heat for another 5.
  • Let it cool completely and add enough water to cover.
  • Set it overnight and enjoy with small onions and yougurt.
