Ingredients:
- Whole kambu (Pearl millet)
- Small onions
- Yogurt
- Cucumber/Cut Mango (optional)
Preparation:
- Wash and soak kambu for 2 hours.
- Grind coarsely and add to boiling water in the ratio of 1:6.
- Stir continously on medium heat for 10 minutes and low heat for another 5.
- Let it cool completely and add enough water to cover.
- Set it overnight and enjoy with small onions and yougurt.
